Lee Watroba holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Westfield State College. As program manager of the Erikson Institute (EI), she works with the EI director and staff to facilitate the efficient operation of EI programs. Ms. Watroba provides operational management for Erikson Institute conferences, seminars, interdisciplinary forums, and serves as a liaison to conference staff, Riggs staff, conference members, and the general public. In addition to being responsible for the logistical aspects of the Erikson Institute, Ms. Watroba is the Community Outreach Manager for Riggs, working to foster collaborations and relationships with local mental health agencies. She is a member of National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Berkshire County, and in 2016 received the Eunice Zorbo Member of the Year Award. Ms. Watroba is the Berkshire Coalition for Suicide Prevention (BCSP) board president and an American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) Western Massachusetts chapter board member. She was co-chair of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) Berkshire County Walk Out of Darkness in 2016 and 2017. Ms. Watroba also serves on the Stockbridge Chamber of Commerce as a member-at-large. She has been with Riggs since 2005.
