Insurance, Financial Assistance, and What to Expect

The Austen Riggs Center is a non-profit organization. In addition to our in-network contracts, the Riggs Online IOP provides need-based assistance to ensure high-quality care is accessible to all emerging adults in Massachusetts and Vermont.
Depending on your financial situation—income, household size, insurance coverage—we are able to offer a reduced rate for eligible patients. In collaboration with you, we will review your information confidentially and let you know your personalized rate before you commit to treatment.
Online IOP in-network plans

What Former IOP Patients Say

"I have gotten so much better. I feel like I am now capable of going to therapy and seeing my therapist and interacting with my trauma without falling apart and getting overwhelmed. I can manage between sessions. I couldn't do that before."
