So, another area where people have lots of questions about the therapy, what is the therapy like? And many people have had at least some experiences in therapy, but not four times a week. They might be wondering about what the approach is to therapy. And you know, as is the with the answer to just about everything. There is no one answer. Everything about the treatment is really individualized. One thing that I could say is that it it will involve developing a relationship with your therapist who as I mentioned you'll meet four times a week where you'll find all kinds of things to talk about both in terms of your entire your history your your past also your your present what's going on for you in the immediately preceding days weeks months before coming to Austen Riggs what comes up while you're here at at Austen Riggs and also what develops in the relationship between you and your therapist. All of these are important things to be talking about. Some therapies involve lots and lots of talking. Others might be more quiet. There's really no one way of doing it. It's something that you develop with your individual therapist.
