The content, presented by a trained facilitator with expertise in suicide prevention, will increase your confidence and competence in the nursing skills of suicide assessment, management and prevention. Cost: $59 to be paid online at the time of registration, $20 facilitator fee to be paid on-site at live training (cash or check only please).
Registration Deadline: October 3, 2019
Participants who successfully complete all required components of the training will earn 7.0 CE Contact Hours, a Participant Workbook, and a Suicide Prevention Provider Card.
You will register for the course one time, under one account, using one email address. This account will be used to complete the pre-training and post-training coursework.
