Youth Mental Health Front and Center at BIFF, Riggs & BCSP "Shine the Light" Event

Around 150 individuals braved the cold weather on Sunday, November 20 to participate in an important screening and conversation about youth mental health and suicide prevention at the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center.
Sponsored by the Austen Riggs Center, Berkshire International Film Festival, and Berkshire Coalition for Suicide Prevention, the event featured local experts and advocates who underlined the film's critical messages about the growing mental health struggles adolescents and young adults face as well as their resilience.
