If you’re considering admission to Riggs for voluntary therapy in our immersive residential program, help is just a phone call away. Feel free to contact our Admissions team members, who can talk with you about any questions or concerns you might have, or just provide a more in-depth and personalized sense of what we’re all about.
Hi, I'm Nikki. I work in admissions here at the Austen Riggs Center. I'm here to talk a little bit about what it's like when you call
Admissions. The Admissions department is a small staff of clinicians and we're here to help you through the admissions process. We can answer questions you have about the overarching ideas of the program and the services that we offer. We can talk to you about the admissions process itself. We can answer questions about what the food is like and what the room sizes are. We're here to really address any of your concerns, and we're here to start building a relationship with you as you consider whether or not Austen Riggs is the right fit, and if this is where you'd like to consider getting some treatment. It can be a daunting process, it can feel overwhelming at times, but we're here to help you through that. The Admissions staff is compassionate, and we really want to make sure that you feel comfortable with your decision. So, if you're interested in pursuing admission or you'd like to ask some questions, maybe you'd like to come and schedule a tour and visit the campus. Give us a call. Our 800 number is on our website at austenriggs.org. We're available Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5:00 eastern time, and we look forward to hearing from you.
