A New CME/CE System, A New Way to Manage Your Credits

Share

The Erikson Institute of the Austen Riggs Center is excited to announce that it has selected EthosCE as its new CME/CE online learning management system. This robust platform is used by a number of leading organizations (www.ethosce.com/about/clients) and is designed to make your CME/CE experience with us more seamless, easier to use, and easier to manage. We are committed to providing high-quality, ongoing CME/CE opportunities to mental health professionals and EthosCE is the next evolution in that commitment.

Beginning in October, our live virtual events (such as conferences, Grand Rounds, and Friday Night Guest Lectures) and our online courses will be managed and available on the EthosCE platform. As they are currently, most of our CME/CE offerings will remain free.

We are working hard to make sure this transition is a smooth one; there is some important information you need to know and some actions you will need to take.

What This Means for You

  • TRANSCRIPTS: Your course transcripts will be migrated from our existing systems (CME Tracker for live interactive webinars and our website for enduring materials/online courses) to EthosCE–you will not lose this information
  • CERTIFICATES: We will make every effort to migrate your certificates, but recommend downloading your certificates (from CME Tracker for live interactive webinars or our website: www.austenriggs.org/courses for enduring materials/online courses) before October 1, 2021 as a backup
  • EVALUATIONS: Any evaluations you have not completed must be completed by October 1, 2021, or they will be lost; incomplete evaluations will not be migrated to the new system
  • You will need to create a new EthosCE account (we will send you information about how to do this by early October)
