Online IOP for College Students and Emerging Adults in Massachusetts is now in-network with
Carelon Behavioral Health. This significantly lowers out-of-pocket expenses for Carelon plan members and increases access to a uniquely comprehensive Intensive Outpatient Program that goes beyond mere crisis stabilization to promote lasting recovery.
Riggs’ Online IOP, launched in 2021, is exclusively for emerging adults (age 18 - 30) located in Massachusetts whose struggles interfere with meeting the academic, work, social, and emotional challenges of young adulthood. Drawing from over 100 years of experience gained from our internationally renowned residential treatment program, the Online IOP uses a
psychodynamic team approach in which clinicians collaborate to better understand each patient’s emotional experience, relationship patterns, strengths, and conflicting desires.
