Léon Wurmser, M.D. is a Training and Supervising Analyst for the New York Freudian Society and former Clinical Professor of Psychiatry, University of West Virginia. He is the author of numerous books, including The Hidden Dimension (1978), The Mask of Shame (1981), The Power of the Inner Judge (2000), and Torment Me, but Don’t Abandon Me (2007). Most recently, he is co-editor, with Heidrun Jarass, of Nothing Good Is Allowed to Stand: An Integrative View of the Negative Therapeutic Reaction (2012). He is a recipient of Egnér and JAPA prizes.

This presentation is designed for mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, with no regular registration fee.
