Clinical Social Worker
Full Time – Exempt Position
The Clinical Social Worker is a member of the Medical Staff and is responsible for direct clinical service in providing family consultation and family therapy along with ongoing casework for patients, including discharge planning. Our social workers are an integral part of an interdisciplinary team using an integrated treatment approach.
Required qualifications include:

MSW with LCSW or LICSW; Mass. License or eligibility.

Two years experience post Masters.

Training and significant clinical experience in conducting family therapy and working from a psychodynamic perspective.

Demonstrated ability to effectively work with a wide variety of people.

Willingness to promote patient’s rights as per Center policy and demonstrates respect for confidentiality at all times.

Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-
May be required to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to climb stairs and move intermittently throughout the Center.

Ability to use computer, telephone and other office equipment.
Medical Office Part Time RN
16 hours per week – Day shift
Flexible Scheduling
These responsibilities may be incorporated into the employee’s existing staff nurse job description upon acceptance of this role.
The Medical Office RN is responsible for providing support and coverage to the Medical Nurse Coordinator, directors and/or programs to assist in effectively meeting the daily operations of the Medical Office. This position requires direct patient care, coordination of care in the Medical Office and external consultation.
Required qualifications include:

Currently licensed as an RN in Massachusetts.

Current CPR and CPI.

Previous experience in a medical office preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Must be able to act as a liaison with multidisciplinary departments.

Willingness and ability to act as a member of the Nutrition Committee.

Ability to support and assist the Infection Control Nurse.
-
Demonstrated phlebotomy skills or a schedule open for training.
-
Ability to coordinate the documentation of a variety of patient treatment plans.
